I’m only 17 weeks. When does everyone read or plan to read up on laboring?

For recommendations, I will tell you about myself.

I’d really like to do it naturally as I am terrified of the needle in my back and some other things like epidural headaches etc.

I am not fully opposed to medicine. If I have a very long labor or need to be induced, I’d probably use an epidural in those specific circumstances.

What else do you guys do to prepare? This is baby #1 for me 😊
