Hi so I did a pregnancy test this morning it came back positive clear blue saying 1-2 weeks, had the worst back pain last night this morning and been having cramps as well. Then quite a bit of blood all of a sudden came this afternoon, I’m so worried this would be my second miscarriage and I’m praying its not I don’t know if I should wait for another week then do another pregnancy test or call the doctor since it’s so early and I’m due my period so if I wasn’t trying for a baby it’s like I wouldn’t of really known but because I want one so badly I’m just praying it’s not another miscarriage, can you have implatation bleeding after you do a pregnancy test? Or do you always have to have bleeding then do a test?

I’m so stuck on what to do or think as atm I’m only thinking of the worst please help me.
