Nosebleeds?

This is my second nosebleed in a week.. literally just sitting & BOOM down drips blood.
Pregnancy related or?
(I'm 35 weeks. I have GD & cholestasis & a history or preeclampsia with my last pregnancy, if it matters)

Yep! Just about every day! Happened with my first baby as well ! Stock up on tissues lol

Yes! I asked my doctor about it 3 weeks ago. She said veins are so enlarged during pregnancy and since it winter everything is dry so makes nosebleeds super common.

I have a nosebleed at least every day. Last night I finally got to sleep and was woken because I was swallowing my own blood. Raced - my best waffle run - to the bathroom and bled into the sink for about 20 minutes until clots came out and it finally stopped. It is so frustrating but normal, unless you feel ill and lightheaded I’m told.
