For those asking- soft serve ice cream has the same very low risk of listeria as deli meats, fruits & vegetables. I ate it all while pregnant. I ate raw sushi, hotdogs, deli meat, over easy eggs, 2/3 cups of coffee a day etc.

Lord. You can have ice cream and milkshakes. 
I ate whatever I wanted with both pregnancies. Just nothing raw cause I don’t eat anything raw while not pregnant anyways. And I was fine. COLD Deli meat cause I never eat it warm, ice cream, spicy wings. McDonald’s all the time, hot dogs.

Why wouldn’t it be okay? I ate literally anything I wanted when I was pregnant except raw fish.
