Please help me to make me feel better. I'm 5 months postpartum
I'm experiencing a lot of back pain after my cesarean and I have breastfeeding issues and depression issues, I haven't used Cesarean belt after delivery, my tummy hasn't reduced to its original size and I haven't used any vitamin supplements, due to which I'm experiencing severe back pain, what can I do to make myself feel better. Should I take iron and calcium separately or a single multivitamin supplement? What can I do for severe back pain, I never used post partum belt, will that work now to reduce pregnancy belly and back pain
