Sleep Sweat!

Hello first trimester ladies,

So I have been sweating through my sheets every night. Anybody have tips for this?

I had a blue fitted sheet on my bed and I sweated through it which stained the mattress protector blue. Hoping bleach will get that out but either way it peeved me so I got to ask for help. Living in MN so having a fan on mid winter is not going to fly with the hubby.
