Spotting at 3.5 months??? Help

None of us can say as we are not your doctor. Sometimes spotting is nothing for some women in pregnancy while for others it’s a miscarriage. The only way to know is to go get checked by your Ob and have them do an ultrasound. I had brown spotting like that at 13 weeks, no pain and everyone said it was fine. I still went in to be seen and it turned out to be a miscarriage. Then my next pregnancy at 9 weeks i hd bright red bleeding that i was so sure was another miscarriage but it turned out to be nothing and went on to have a healthy pregnancy. Like i said, each pregnancy is different and none of us can say. If we say you’re fine it could be giving you false hope and if we say it’s not we can just scare you for no reason. So please get checked asap instead of asking us 💛 hope everything turns out well
