HELP! This is my first pregnancy, I’m 30 weeks. Since 26 weeks baby’s head has been super low, I went to pee before work this morning and when I wiped this was on the toilet paper. Is this part of my mucus plug? Should I be concerned?

With both of my pregnancies mine started coming out in chunks at 25 weeks, but the mucus plug regenerates quickly so there’s nothing to worry about! As long as there’s no blood in it you’re good hun. And it doesn’t necessarily mean the baby is coming, my second kiddo’s water broke hours before the mucus plug came out.

I get that a lot too. Just got a big chunk of it this morning (currently 28 weeks). It's normal apparently from what I've read. It could be from your mucus plug, but it's always regenerating. Just keep and eye out for blood and cramping.

No pls dont panic. Its normal and fine. If you start cramping super bad and spotting then go in. But this is completely normal
