Bleeding CD19. First round of Clomid

Hi ladies. I just had an internal ultrasound on Tuesday (CD17) my dr stats that I ovulated that day. So went Home and BD with hubby and again last night. Today I'm having red bleeding. Nothing heavy.. Only when I wipe and I'm having mild cramps too. Is this normal?

It's too early for implantation and I'm not far enough into my cycle for AF to start. Should I be worried? Anyone else experience this?
