Healthy snacks/meals during pregnancy

What’s some healthy options for you mamas? I know we’re pregnant and gaining weight is inevitable and we need to embrace it ya ya ya lol but seriously, I’m 4”11 and I was already slightly over weight before I got pregnant and gaining a ton of weight is very easily visible because I’m so small and I feel so blah these days. Any suggestions on snacks and meals? Also does anyone work out while pregnant? Thanks in advance!
