So I’m visiting my family on the east coast I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I had no idea they smoked in the house I’m here for a week and they aren’t smoking inside while I’m here but the whole house smells so horrible like cigarettes like I have a headache from the smell and it’s making me nauseous I’m freaking out because I’m so worried this is gonna have negative effects on my baby and I don’t know what to do I could leave early and go to another family members house 6 hours away but I don’t know if this is actually gonna have an effect or if I’m being dramatic I told them the smell is making me sick and I don’t know what to do I don’t wanna literally cause a family feud over this but can anyone give me advice
