Horrible headaches during pregnancy?

Try caffeine. That always helped me. And drink a lot of water

Try taking magnesium at night. This helps me not get headaches as often

For me tylenol alone wouldnt help, but if I drank about 75mg of caffeine with it then it would work pretty well most of the time. Good luck!

Caffeine and Tylenol. That’s all I’ve got.

I was getting a lot of headaches and my OB said to drink more caffeine. I would usually take Tylenol and have a cup of coffee. I was already drinking a cup every morning and she said I was fine having 2 if it helped with headaches. It usually did the trick!
