Please tell me it’s all in my head

Okay so...my husband and I had unprotected sex twice in one day on Sunday. I know it’s only been two days but I’m so nauseous and tired today..there’s no way I would feel symptoms of being pregnant only two days after right???!! I’m on the verge of throwing up and the fatigue has been so real today.
