Let’s talk sleep!

Or lack thereof... 😴

I haven’t been sleeping well lately. Mostly because I find I can’t get comfortable. I sleep on my sides with a body pillow between my legs and supporting my belly. Some nights my belly just hurts so it makes it uncomfortable to get to sleep or stay asleep. Lately, I’ll fall asleep ok, but wake multiple times to get comfortable again, my damn hips get SO sore.

Ugh.

I remember this happened with my first but I swore it was way later in the pregnancy.

I’ve started sleeping with 2 pillows under my head. 1 positioned so it supports my sides, the other for my head and then the one for my belly and between my legs.

What do you mamas do that helps!?? I’ve been tempted to get a pregnancy pillow, but I bought 3 with my first and hated them all and sold them. Plus their so expensive.
