Edit: when I used the bathroom again and wiped there was nothing. Still worried.

So I’m a worry wart. You can tell by most of my posts. So I had to pee really bad after laying down with my daughter. When I wiped I thought I saw three tiny brown marks. Like squinted to see it. I checked again with toilet paper and didn’t see anything. Could it be spotting or would there be more. Nothing on the pantyliner and I’m 5 weeks 1 day with a yeast infection. Also had some tiny cramping when I peed for waiting for some time but no actual cramps.

Do you think it merits a call to my doctor?
