Pregnancy safe nasal spray?

Have a cold and the moment I lay down I cannot breathe! For this reason the past three nights I’ve pretty much gotten no sleep. Can anyone recommend a nasal spray that’s safe to use so I can finally get some rest?

Try a simple saline spray! I can’t see salt water being bad to use during pregnancy since it’s safe for babies! And it’s literally just salt water! (Hydrasense)

Rhinocort is a safe one.  It works like flonase but without the steriods.

Try “breathe right strips” to wear in bed! I have the same problem (feeling stuffy when I lay down) & I bought a box of Target brand nasal strips on a whim. They really help me get through the night & I don’t have to put any chemicals into my body!!

Omg I had a terrible virus for literally a month and a half in the middle of this pregnancy and my dr told me to use saline spray, what a damn joke, it didn’t do shit lol. I was blowing my nose like crazy, was on amoxicillin then mucinex (which didn’t work either), then ended up with an ear infection, got antibiotic ear drops, and put on a zpack. I used my sons humidifier too. I hope you find some relief.

I know you're looking for a nasal spray, but I also recommend taking Benadryl. I have a bad cold and I saw my doctor yesterday. She recommended taking Benadryl for my cold and it has helped immensely with being able to breathe and get some sleep at night.
