What should I avoid during pregnancy ?

What foods or activities should I avoid ? I’m 18 and live alone with my boyfriend so I need you ladies help on what NOT to do !

Do not change the cats litter box. Avoid eating a lot of fish, although some tuna is recommended a few times a month but nothing excessive. If you’re going to eat deli meat warm it up a little, due to the bacteria. Do not get acrylic nails. Do not drink ANY alcohol, no amount has been proven safe. Cut caffeine to less than 200ml a day. Do not eat unpasteurized dairy. Do not paint the nursery, your boyfriend/husband can do that, the chemicals in the pain can be linked to birth defects. Check all your medicines with you OBGYN and have them changed if they are not safe. Do not take super long or super hot baths. And don’t worry. A lot of things will likely not affect your baby, but there are links to everything and birth defects. Don’t worry. You’re gonna be a great momma.

Avoid Alcohol, smoking, drugs, undercooked meats, raw meat/seafood/eggs and unpasteurized dairy. 
Pretty much everything else is safe in moderation. As far as activities you can pretty much do whatever you were doing pre pregnancy. Just try to eat well, take prenatals and stay active
