How to increase my milk supply?

My twins are 1 month old and they still not latching on the breast. I used to pump for them and supplement with formula as needed. Now with my husband back to work. I ending up given them formula for 2 weeks now because I was too tired to pump. I wanna try breastfeeding them again with the nipple shield. However my milk is drying up. What can I do to increase my milk supply?

I used fenugreek. You can get it from Amazon. It’s amazing! I used the brand Wild Harvest. I hate taking pills, and that one wasn’t bad to get down. I took them, and with a week and half I went from getting just barely enough to feed him, to getting double the amount he needed. Plus some to store. I was getting upwards of 60 oz during my day pumping sessions. The only side effect, is you end up smelling like maple syrup. However, if it’s baby vomit smell, dried milk smell, or maple syrup, I’d pick the syrup smell. (:
