Anyone have irritated cervix?

Has anyone had irritated feeling cervix in early pregnancy? I’m afraid to have sex and every once in awhile if I wipe and go up a speck of pink blood is on the toilet paper..

I’d talk to your dr I had to use vaginal progesterone and I had bleeding. I thought was my cervix but after she examined me she said that there was nothing wrong the stuff must just be irritating the inside and my cervix was fine.
