Let’s start off with me already having two babies. Both boys a 2 year old and a 6 month old

After I had my 6 month old I started on the nova ring was regular periods up until November I missed my period & it hadn’t returned thought no way I could be pregnant. I was on BC I tested in the beginning of January just to ease my mind , as I had thought negative. Well I whole nother month went by still no sign of my period. Tested to ease my mind again. Boom Two lines I don’t even know how to handle or process this I am defiantly not ready for another baby
