Gestational diabetes question
So my numbers after meals are really good but my fasting numbers are a little high, between 90 and 100 but my doctor wants them below 90. My dietician told me to try a protein bar before bed and I’ve been doing that but it doesn’t really seem to help. Does anyone have any tips for getting fasting numbers in range? I don’t think my doctor would put me on insulin for these numbers but I don’t know for sure and I really don’t want to be put on another medication this pregnancy.
