What is with so many modern places not having mother’s rooms?!?

I work at a bank that is not an old building. Many MANY women work there and no mother’s room. Some people are okay to pump in the open, but most of us are not. It’s horrible! My sibling faced the same thing at the school she works at. No mother’s room, so either pump while sitting on a toilet or in the closet with no sink.....

I just want a mother’s room...
