3 week old & her poop is like this?

My daughter is 3 weeks old today and she’s been having on/off green/yellow watery poops. I’m breastfeeding her I notice when ever I drink milk her poop is green and she’s really fuzzy & I give her grape drops & she seems fine after. 
Should I make an appointment with her doctor ?

It might be a little early to give her gripe water? I think you're supposed to wait at least a month.

Green poops in breast-fed infants are typically due to too much foremilk. Make sure that your little one is completely draining one breast before switching to the other, otherwise they aren’t getting the fatty hindmilk that they need.
