Help deciphering this??

So this is on my last two visits to my doctor. She didn't bring it up so I figure it isn't a huge issue, but I wanted to see if anyone knows what it means. Ita the section after Obesity that says uterine size > date? Does that mean hes measuring big?

Your baby's heart rate is in the 130's. You're a a 21 year old and gravida 1 para 0, meaning it's your first pregnancy but you haven't had a birth yet. You're at 33 weeks gestation and your uterus size is larger than normal for your gestation period. Returning to the clinic in 2 weeks

It means that your fundal height is measuring big (not necessarily baby), which is why they ordered an ultrasound (this will measure the actual baby to see if baby is big, normal size, or small, see if you have too much fluid which could result in you measuring big, or if everything is completely normal... sometimes people just measure big).

It means your uterus is measuring big for dates. It doesn't necessarily mean baby is big, you could have extra fluids or baby could be bigger, or combo of both.
