To IUI or to not

My husband and I are pretty good on paper when it comes to fertility, we’ve been trying for 8-9 months for our rainbow baby and nothing has come of it so we decided to seek help- we did an IUI last cycle, I had 3 mature eggs and he had good a sperm count, my progesterone was great but against all odds it didn’t work. Should we proceed with a second IUI? It costs us about $1,500 with meds and everything? I just see a lot about IUIs working for people the first time then I just don’t see a ton about it working the 2nd or 3rd time.... I’m just not sure please let me know any/all your thoughts! We are in our late 20s but really want our rainbow asap it’s been almost a year...
