Stress/anxiety relief while pregnant?

Hi mama’s! I am pregnant with my first and just hit 31 weeks. Things are going well, but I feel like I am stressing myself OUT... I am usually not a stressed out/anxious person, but to have this little life depending on me is so stressful! I have chronic high blood pressure and I keep thinking worst case scenarios... like I’m going to get preeclampsia, have to deliver incredibly early, she’ll have to be in the NICU for weeks, etc. I tell myself to calm down and that stress doesn’t help anything but it seems like my mind does the opposite when I try to calm it down... do you ladies have any advice on how to truly chill TF out?! I am going to take some time off work next week so I can focus on being in a better mind set. Might go get a massage with the hubs, so that may help😇
