Pregant but Implantation advice ?

Hello, 
I took an early pregnancy test which was positive a couple of days before my period was due I started lightly bleeding. 12dpo
I was just wondering how long does Implantation last, colour of it ? 
I am just really scared as I would be around 4 weeks

Some women have implant bleeding while others don't it's also fairly common to spot during pregnancy also so might not even be implantation bleeding especially if it's happening after you got your positive
