Semen analysis...Can anyone explain results???

We don’t see the doctor for another 2 weeks and I thought about ordering fertilaid for men.

It’s a bit blurry, but it looks like there is low sperm count and low motility.  Definitely worth starting men’s fertility vitamins.  Does he cycle or drive frequently with heated seats?  The testicles being warm (like riding a bike with right shorts, heated seats) can damage sperm so best to avoid this if it’s an issue.
My acupuncturist who specialises in fertility says sperm can improve quickly with the right changes.
Also look up endocrine system disrupters.  Was really helpful for my husband an I, got our BFP after 2 months of cutting out plastics and some skin products.
