What is wrong with me 🤦🏼‍♀️🙈

Why am I SO discouraged at 7 DPO with a negative test?! Is it because of cycle after cycle with constant disappointment? Ugh. It’s like I pee on a stick so freaking early PURPOSELY to show myself its negative and its never going to happen. TTC is so emotionally exhausting 🥺 How do you guys stay positive?

Honestly, and may not be the answer you want, but you're setting yourself up for disappointment. TTC is really exciting to start then really heartbreaking when it doesn't work. I spent 14 months trying to have my 2nd daughter. I would POAS way to early, stress for a week, get pissed when AF came, dink a whole bottle of wine and do it again the next month.  Then I just stopped 🤷‍♀️ I would test the day before AF was missed, and the disappointment was minimal because I knew if it wasn't positive now it wasn't gunna be and that was okay. It's a hard mindset to get into though, and I feel your pain. I wish you luck on this journey ❤

I only ever tested really early once and it was my worst cycle. So much more emotional than waiting.
