Anyone else have period cramps around 16 weeks?
My Dr told me he didn’t want me having period like cramps at this point in my pregnancy, and if I did to drink lots of water and get off my feet. I have been doing those things but still have period like cramps. Anyone else? It has me worried since he made it sound like they’re bad.
Nothing too painful but dull cramping in my lower back and hips and stomach which is what my period cramps feel like.
