Hey I came off the pop pill 27.1.2020 after being on it for 4 years I previously had the depo for a year how long did it take for af to return to normal?. me and my fiance are hoping to ttc soon but I'm wating to wait for everything to return to normal. Still no withdrawal bleed have been having light cramping and feeling bloated. Should I be worried or is it just a wait it out game now thank you ladies 💜💜
