Keto after pregnancy?

I’ve been keto/LC for 4+ years. I fell off track during the first trimester with morning sickness etc. for the keto people how soon after pregnancy did you get back to keto? Was it difficult?

From what I know you’re not supposed to do it while breastfeeding. I’m waiting until I’m done nursing to start with a dietitian.

I started Keto at 8 months PP. I’m done breastfeeding/pumping but IDK if that makes a difference or not. You can always try whenever you want and see how you feel! I feel great and have been enjoying the low carb lifestyle.

My baby is 8 months old and we just started keto again. 
However, he had some health challenges that had us making random trips to the hospital and keeping us up most of the night to check on him. 
I can live without carbs and I can live on very little sleep. I can't do both and was honest with myself. So it is all about your needs. Do it right after birth or wait a year; no one is judging for you to do what is right for your needs.
