For the last 2 weeks i have been feeling super weird. I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago but I’ve been experiencing weight loss for 2 weeks now. Loss of appetite like a satisfied stomach. I had nausea. And heartburn. Sharp cramps in my stomach and idk what’s going on
