Period advice.. I'm worried (TMI warning)

So ladies.. a little background info.. I'm 29 have 4 children, periods were very 'normal'. Had copper coil IUD placed in Jan 2019 no real problems slightly heavier bleeding than usual but that's all. July 2019 had coil removed due to having a loop excision.. coil placed back in Oct 2019 since my periods are alot heavier and extremely painful and only 3weeks between periods.. I came on my period 2 days ago but have been noticing large flesh coloured 'clots' .. I've never had these kind of clots before.. I dont know if they are even clots.. I did examine 1 as I'm worried and I've never seen anything like it.. its literally like pieces of flesh! Pale in colour kinda hard aswell.. am I worrying for nothing or should I be concerned.. sorry for a long post and advice or input would be welcomed .. thanks in advance
