I was diagnosed with PCOS about a year ago. I’ve always had irregular periods but I’ve always gotten one my cycle is usually 36-42 days. This is the first time I’ve ever been this late besides when I was pregnant almost 8 years ago with my son. I’ve done numerous tests and all have been negative so I know I’m not pregnant. I’m still kinda new to the whole PCOS thing so is this something that can just spontaneously happen? I’ve been cramping for a few weeks and just thinking AF will show up but nothing! Can anyone who’s a little more educated on PCOS help me out?
