Here i am again worried about my baby girl.

She turned 5m Jan 28 and is very quiet. When she plays with her toys or jumps she may make a few noises but not the VOWELS she’s supposed to be using.

She makes eye contact for the most part and gives smiles. But no laughing or talking. I’m so worried something is wrong. I know she can hear because even when i snap my fingers she blinks. I thought i heard a little giggle earlier but never again. I’ve tried it all. I’ll do something or the dogs will and she’ll give a big smile but nothing else. 😔 please help me look for things and tell me everything is okay...
