7w, 4d here are my symptoms! What are yours?!

My boobs ache on and off throughout the day. Now my arm pit is starting to ache as well. Is that common? Still no throwing up. Only sick when I’m hungry. Then I eat and I’m back feeling great again. Slight headaches every so often as well. Craving lemonade but trying to limit myself due to all the sugar!l lower back pain is on and off as well. Sleeping is my jam lol
