What is good for cradle cap and does it hurt

Baby oil! 
Use some baby oil to gently massage baby’s scalp with your fingertips. Then gently use the soft bristle hair brush to massage the baby oil into the scalp using small gentle circles. Let the baby oil sit on the scalp for about 5 minutes then shampoo. Use the same soft bristle brush to gently massage the shampoo in.

Thank you ladies I didn’t know quite what to do and I thought it hurt lol

It doesn’t bother the baby it just looks icky. It’s Basically like baby dandruff.  If you brush their head every day with a little soft brush it can help remove it and keep it under control. I think baby oil helps as well. It’s just dry skin.
