CONDOM DOESNT WORKKKKK

I dont want to get on birth control. I have anxiety(heart rate), i don't want weight gain, i don't wanna do pills. The condom literally keeps slipping off!!😡😡 We do not need another child yet. Maybe next year not this sec. Do i need to use spermicide ???
