Baby #2 otw

Hello ladies. I have 18months old baby and now pregnant with baby 2. Im a sahm. My worry is that i sometimes have to carry my baby and she likes to sit on my tummy. Is that okay? How heavy can we carry? When i was pregnant with her. I carry my niece a lot (7kg) but it doesnt feel heavy. But im not sure with this one.
