37weeks, just did the deed & my vagina is so swollen I can’t feel the cum coming out or not I just feel wet, happen to anyone??

After sex my vagina is so swollen I can’t sit I can’t walk...it just throbs and throbs for like half an hour to an hour. I’ll try sitting in the bath and that doesn’t work. I’ve taken ibuprofen after to help with pain and swelling because it’s an anti-inflammatory (not supposed to but it was one time and it helped 🤷🏽‍♀️) and I haven’t had sex since 😭 my poor husband. But I am going to try sex at least one more time to see if it’ll put me into labor! If I can’t handle that pain, no way I’m gonna make it through a natural birth 😂

Sex what’s that??? It’s been like 2 months 😭. The midwife told me to do the deed and I for real laughed... I may die if I try that!!! Is there not another option to help me go into labor?!? Last time I tried I laid in a ball crying for 30 min.
