I’m curious to know what others have been prescribed for progesterone to be taken after ovulation??

I have had 2 cycles recently that have had vvfl and one which was definitely a chemical. So my dr suggested that I see a colleague of his (GP) and she prescribed progesterone. I feel nervous about taking it seeing she didn’t know much about infertility and majority of our appointments he was reading off her phone what would help.

She did tell me to take after I got my bfp but I feel like I need to take after ovulation.

Please I need help from those who have taken.

Did you take it after bfp??
