If you only had sex at 2 weeks postpartum and you are now 6 weeks post partum this is not implantation bleeding.
That's not to say you may not be pregnant, it could be early pregnancy bleeding, it could be due to ovulation, it could be your first post partum period.
At the moment there's only two things you can do, take a pregnancy test with first morning pee...if it's negative then wait a few more days and retest. I think it's very likely this is your first period.
Once you determine whether it is period or pregnancy, obvs depending on which one it'd be a good idea to think about birth control, or whether you're ready for another child.

Your hormones are still going to be weird for a while. I think it’s pretty normal for your period to be spotty and irregular whenever it does come back. That would be super rare to get pregnant so quickly after giving birth... your uterus is still going back to normal!
