Bleeding? Healthy pregnancy?

Question

I bled for about 5 days (enough to fill pads 😳) but I'm still getting pretty good positives on my pregnancy tests and I have all the symptoms.. just wondering if anyone has bled pretty heavily in early pregnancy and went on to have a healthy baby? P.s. I have a doctors appointment next week. I am Not in any pain or anything. Just had the bleeding at about 4 weeks

I know how scary that experience is , but you should know it’s is known that some women just have bleeding, I say if your truly worried call a dr (they’ll just tell you same thing or come in) if you aren’t experiencing pain and you’re already due for a meeting with dr, I would just keep my thoughts high and reinforce that all is well and you are having a healthy baby no matter... but like I said I understand it’s sensitive and everyone is differ so best option is to listen to your self and if you’re really concerned check up with your dr.
