Doctor and nurse at the Labor and delivery said baby had a few broken variables in her heartbeat, what does that mean? They avoided my question and didn’t tell me. Can someone explain?

Any time I’ve ever had to go to the ER while pregnant, the doctor always says something alarming. I think that being an ER doctor, they just don’t know much when it comes to pregnancy (or any specialty for that matter). They will be sending that report to your OB more than likely. Call your OB Monday and ask them what they think.
