Sleep problems
Once I had reached a certian age I started to have really bad sleeping issues. I am constantly waking up during the night. And it’s always for different reasons whether it’s because I’m thirsty, need to pee, switching sleeping positions, trying to get comfortable, etc. this has been going on for a long time. On top of that I could sit up until 3 am. I used to not be like this. I would go bed at a reasonable time and be able to sleep through the night and wake up in the morning. I can’t do that anymore. What can I do to help my sleeping issues? Is this normal?
