Missed period
Hi guys so I have a missed miscarriage in December at 9weeks I had a period in January now I’m two days late for my period took a pregnancy test last Thursday and it was negative, I’m still have a few light cramps it feels more like pelvic pain as on one side and got very dizzy this morning do you think I should go doctors ?
