Sometimes I can say really horrible nasty things to my boyfriend who I’ve been with for over a year. The majority of the time we are really good but sometimes I will say things just to get a reaction when I am so angry. An example is I will break up with him or I have told him I will get with another boy 🥺

I don’t mean this guys I’m so upset with myself because I love him with all of my heart and I couldn’t imagine being without him. How can I stop this. :(
