Hi all

So long story short, I’ve never had a natural period. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16 and put on the pill to help control cysts mostly. We conceived our son with help from Letrozole and other period inducing medications. He’s now 10.5 months old and still breastfed. Last week, I stated to my husband that I had cramps. Today I had more cramps and now had some light bleeding. Only medication that I’ve had is sertraline and only had 2 days of it. Could my system has kick started after having a baby or be something else?

I do plan on following up with my specialist but just wanted others opinions and experiences.
