I am currently 10w3days pregnant , I have been able to find the heart beet on the Doppler is was 150 ish . Would you be worried ?? This started this morning on and off

I had this on and off and then it turned pink. No cramping or anything. The other day I found out I have two bacterial infections and am now on antibiotics and I stopped bleeding and am getting better. Maybe have your doctor check for bv ( I can’t think of the full term but I have bv and one other bacterial infection)
